Listen to your clients/patients, listen to what they are asking for, or need- this can help spark an opportunity to fill a gap with what you have to offer.
For example, I have elderly clients who do not or can not cook for themselves anymore for various reasons, which sparked the conversation around how they are getting meals. Leading to an offshoot of my business, including the addition of a mobile kitchen and the development of a system to provide meal services coupled with nutrition services…filling the gap.
