ADHD Roundtable with Jess DuBose
Panelist
This channel is a mix of real talk, rebellious tools, and unfiltered support for folks navigating life with ADHD. You’ll find episodes of The ADHD Roundtable, sneak peeks into my courses and coaching, and whatever else I feel inspired to share.
ADHD Roundtable aired live on Wednesday, January 28th at 4pm PST, LIVE on YouTube.
Panel Description
Join us for an open conversation about what it’s actually like to have ADHD. We’ll talk about life with ADHD, bring normalcy to the ADHD experience, and name the things so many people carry quietly so you know you’re not alone, broken, lazy, or “too much.”
If you have a loved one with ADHD, this is also a space to listen, learn, and better understand what daily life can feel like for ADHDers.
Here are our amazing panelists:
Becky Bowen (@sensoryhomesolution): Occupational Therapist turning homes into sensory-friendly spaces. She helps families see sensory needs as tools, making everyday life more peaceful for everyone under one roof.
Kate Hagan Gallup (@cloudedkiwi): Digital creator, web fixer, and maker of practical digital stuff that works for small businesses and organizations. She translates tech into clarity and puts strategy before jargon.
Matt Raekelboom (@mattraekelboom): Speaker and ADHD educator who breaks down the why behind how our brains work. He shares insight with humor, lived experience, and a mission to make mental health feel less lonely.
Jess DuBose (yours truly 😊): ADHD Coach and advocate with a fierce belief that your brain isn’t broken. I champion rest (in the ways that work for ADHDers), self-trust over shame, and building a life that fits your personal rhythm.
Join us to listen, learn and be part of the conversation. We’d LOVE to answer your questions or discuss your recommended topics.
