Meet Kathy Konst
Kathy Konst has served in executive and strategic operations roles for nonprofit and advocacy organizations in California. She has led the California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CNDA) since 2016, increasing its influence in California and strengthening its relationships across business, academia, and government sectors. She expanded corporate partner opportunities and helped the organization re-establish its reputation.
Kathy’s career has bridged business, academia, and government sectors, with a focus on public affairs and organizational leadership. She was an elected Erie County Legislator in New York, later appointed Erie County Commissioner of Economic Development, and has served as Executive Director of the Lancaster Area Chamber of Commerce and other organizations.
With a proven ability to facilitate groups to discover creative ways to address problems with inventive and sustainable solutions. Her experience includes executive leadership and organizational management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. She brings clarity, collaborative energy, and momentum to every project she touches.
