With her neurodivergent "unsuper powers" and a talent for leaving emotional wreckage in her wake, Ami must navigate both magical creatures and small-town social dynamics to discover what's causing the disturbances.

While this is a first foray into fiction, I am an experienced writer comfortable with many editing styles and deadlines, as seen in my Muck Rack profile of over 700 bylines. I have a Master’s of Science in Information Management which I have used to manage web and digital marketing for over 10 years, and I would apply my full marketing skill set to support this promotion of this work. The Dissonance series is written for fans of YA adventures that crave a world of expanding magic and mystery with adult themes and dialogue. Focused on outsider protagonists who succeed and fail alike through life, seeking love and a little belonging with the support and hindrance of a little faerie dust. Consider characters such as Gunnie Rose from Charlaine Harris, Harry Dresden of Jim Butcher, and with inspiration from Percy Jackson, that neurodivergence is simply a less-understood ability that may eventually help you better understand Gods and Monsters.
