Create your own space.
When a prospective patient or client is searching online, they aren’t searching for a “health generalist.’ When people think of health, they think of specifics and solving problems.
Find a skill, interest, or specialty that makes you unique. Examples of specific topics might include:
GLP-1 prescriptions and lifestyle
Perimenopause/Menopause
ADHD & other neurodivergence
After Cancer: diet, health, and lifestyle
Workplace Pain & Injury: Carpal tunnel to back pain

Finding your niche is a great way to hone in on a potential “market.”
Identifying a niche and creating your business around that niche can help you get started and find a place in an already saturated general market. A word of caution- don’t drill down so far that you close off opportunities. Always remember to keep your eyes and ears open for opportunities at all times.

You can do many things, but it's ok to pick 2 or 3 for marketing purposes.
I tried selling primary care and the jack of all trades for years - and it worked well, but when I honed in on hormones (whether PMS or menopause) that connected with people. It doesn't mean I don't do all the other things, but its easier to capture in an ad/blog/etc, though I do have to then educate once they're in the door as to all our services!
